Biggest dental service regret I have. After seeing everything I went through my friends and family call Dr Zina the dental butcher. I came to Dr Zina for a dental cleaning, she noticed that I had a root canal and recommended a crown. She submitted claim to my insurance and it was approved. Within a month I had a crown on my tooth. When she glued the crown on my tooth she used a temporary glue and couldn't take it off a week later, so she let me walk out of her office with a temporary glue! 6 months later I came in for a second dental cleaning, she didn't inspect my crown and didn't try to place it permanently. Three days later it fell off, I was traveling and I had to use a temporary dentek glue from a pharmacy to place the crown back. When I came back to the office, Dr Zina couldn't find a tool to take my crown off, so I ended up taking a crown off with my bare hands! She took the crown, cleaned it, put permanent cement in it and placed it on my tooth. She didn't clean the tooth, she didn't sanitize it, she didn't even look at it! 2 hours later the tooth started to hurt. A week later I came into the office with a full-blown infection.
